I don’t just put sweets on a table and call it a day. I see every dessert table as a mini story - something that should look amazing and taste even better. My background in architecture means I get a bit obsessed about details and structure, whether it’s a centerpiece cake or a single macaron. I’m always chasing that perfect balance of flavours - not too sweet, not too heavy.

Honestly, I find ideas everywhere - sometimes it’s a childhood memory, sometimes it’s just something my team loves. For Diwali, I do festive pâtisserie collections with Indian twists (Baklava Truffles, saffron pistachio florentines). For Christmas, it’s all about old-school classics and cozy flavours.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, I put a lot of heart and premium ingredients into every bite. I want you to taste the care, but also see the art.

My Story

I’m Neeth, a French pâtissier who thinks every cake should taste like a memory. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, but honestly, my favourite recipes come from stories people tell me—childhood, love, even those silly little quirks. I get a kick out of making cakes that look wild and taste even better. Big, tiny, fancy, fun—if it matters to you, I’ll turn it into cake. For me, baking is just another way to remember.
