I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, so I’m picky about ingredients. You get cakes that aren’t just Instagram pretty but actually taste rich, never greasy or tooth-achingly sweet. Some flavours I love: 16-layer chocolate caramel, Coffee Hazelnut Crunch, Sweet Serenade (that’s mango-pineapple filling), and classic red velvet.
