My Story
Started young - I fell in love with Bharatanatyam at age five, training under Guru Smt. Seetha Guruprasad.
Mix of art and mind - My postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Bharatanatyam help me understand dance deeper.
Global ambassador - Representing Indian classical dance internationally, like in Turkmenistan, opened my eyes to cultural exchange.
Why I teach - Passing on our rich cultural heritage to the next generation drives me every day.
My Work
What I do? - I perform solo Bharatanatyam recitals, teach at my arts center, conduct workshops, and offer yoga training.
How I'm different? - I blend psychology, yoga, and traditional dance, creating a unique holistic approach to Bharatanatyam.
My style - I specialize in Thanjavur Bani style, known for precise movements and expressive storytelling.
Beyond performance - I provide music direction and Nattuvangam (rhythmic accompaniment) for dance productions.
