Movement is my shortcut to happiness. For me, yoga means a lot more than doing a fancy pose - it’s about quieting the mind, taking a breather from all the busyness, and just showing up for yourself. There’s no magic fix, honestly. The secret is just practice, whether you’re pumped or just dragging yourself onto the mat.

What My Classes Feel Like

It’s never too serious. We’ll laugh, try new things (sometimes fail, sometimes nail it), and progress together. I fall all the time - you probably will too. My space is for anyone who wants to get better at moving, breathing, and chilling out. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or someone who can do headstands for fun.

Group & Personal Yoga Options

  • Online group yoga classes run regularly, so you can join in from home. I keep them flexible - morning or evening, whatever works for you.
  • In Bengaluru, I teach at studios, offices, and sometimes outdoors - think Lalbagh mornings.
  • If you want one-on-one yoga coaching, especially for injury, confidence, or specific goals, I’ll tailor each session to you.

My Story

Hey, I’m Radhika. If you spot me, I’m probably moving—dancing garba (badly) in Gujarat or stretching on a beach in Gokarna. Nature’s my jam, my friends and cousins are my lifelines, and my mat is my anchor. Got engaged recently, wedding madness and all—still, yoga keeps me balanced. Life’s messy, but I find my peace in movement and stillness. That’s me, always chasing that sweet spot.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Wellness - I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga routines, and run corporate wellness programs. Online or in-person (Bengaluru).

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga - Special classes for pregnancy and new moms—safe, slow, and smart movement. Strength looks different here.

No Magic Fixes - I believe in steady progress, not shortcuts. Consistency is key, not instant results.
