There’s enough burnout going around. I want work to feel lighter for teams. I see corporate yoga as a way for people to pause, breathe, and actually enjoy some part of their day - not just tick another wellness box.

My Approach

  • No one's expected to be a yoga pro here. I shape every session around what your team is comfortable with - bilkul (absolutely) beginners, desk workers, even people who say they “can’t do yoga”.
  • I weave in different styles, from simple Hatha to more active Vinyasa, and I’m always up for trying something new like team bonding yoga activities. Sometimes we do partner poses, and honestly, half the time we laugh more than we balance.
  • Not every session is about movement. Some days are purely for mindfulness breaks for employees - we just breathe, do some basic pranayama, and let the mind settle.

What to Expect

  • I work both onsite in Bengaluru and virtually - so yes, you can set this up for WFH teams or hybrid offices with virtual corporate wellness programs.
  • Every company gets a plan that fits their actual people and goals, because what works for one team doesn’t always work for another.
  • I’ve worked with teams at LinkedIn, Nykaa, Acko - and every group brings its own vibe. Sometimes people show up skeptical, but by the end, most folks leave smiling (sometimes sweaty, but always a bit lighter).

My Story

Hey, I’m Radhika. If you spot me, I’m probably moving—dancing garba (badly) in Gujarat or stretching on a beach in Gokarna. Nature’s my jam, my friends and cousins are my lifelines, and my mat is my anchor. Got engaged recently, wedding madness and all—still, yoga keeps me balanced. Life’s messy, but I find my peace in movement and stillness. That’s me, always chasing that sweet spot.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Wellness - I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga routines, and run corporate wellness programs. Online or in-person (Bengaluru).

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga - Special classes for pregnancy and new moms—safe, slow, and smart movement. Strength looks different here.

No Magic Fixes - I believe in steady progress, not shortcuts. Consistency is key, not instant results.

Mindful & Fun Sessions - Yoga’s more than poses—breathing, relaxing, even falling in acro yoga for beginners. Come play and find balance.
