I keep things simple. Nutrition isn’t about some perfect plan - it’s about what works for you on a regular day, even if you’ve just had a wild night out. My goal is to help you feel strong and steady without the guilt trips or food rules.

What I Actually Eat & Recommend

  • Loads of high-protein meal ideas, from Double Chocolate Protein Pancakes to quick, high-volume fried rice that doesn’t taste like cardboard.
  • Easy snacks like cooling yogurt dips, frozen mango protein bites, and my immunity “hot shots” with ginger, orange, and haldi. My masala coffee is a must-try - don’t knock it till you sip it!
  • I’ll show you how to eat out in Bangalore without blowing up your progress. There’s always a smart option.

Supplements & The Real Story

Supplements are nice, but not magic. I use protein powders (both whey and plant), creatine for strength, and magnesium or ashwagandha for sleep hygiene. Gut health food choices matter more than expensive powders - I’m all about homemade yogurt and idli. If something’s overrated, I’ll say it straight up.

Life Beyond Food

  • Sleep hygiene and stress management routines are a huge part of my coaching. I’ll help you build a chill wind-down routine and share tricks for managing stress, from NSDR meditation to cold showers.
  • Hydration doesn’t have to mean chugging water. Watermelon, habit stacking, whatever works for you.

My Story

Why do I train while traveling? Easy – it’s my way of sightseeing! I’m always popping into new gyms, chatting with trainers, and grabbing ideas to bring home. Fitness for me isn’t just workouts, it’s food, sleep, and that mental high when I’m on a flight. Some days I’m smashing weights, other days I’m chilling with a fish thali in Goa. It’s all connected – rest, digest, and dopamine menus. Old habits, new places, always keeping it real.
