I keep things simple. Nutrition isn’t about some perfect plan - it’s about what works for you on a regular day, even if you’ve just had a wild night out. My goal is to help you feel strong and steady without the guilt trips or food rules.
Supplements are nice, but not magic. I use protein powders (both whey and plant), creatine for strength, and magnesium or ashwagandha for sleep hygiene. Gut health food choices matter more than expensive powders - I’m all about homemade yogurt and idli. If something’s overrated, I’ll say it straight up.
Vacations, busy weeks, ruts - I get it. We’ll work on resilience, not perfection. Sometimes just showing up is the win.
