How I Coach

Discipline is everything for me, more than motivation. My wrestling background taught me to stand up every time life knocks you down. Naan veezhven endru ninaithayo? (Did you think I would fall?). We focus on technique first, then go heavy. I’ll spot you, correct your form, and push you when you want to quit.

Where I Train

  • In-person: Muscle Tech Fitness (Bangalore) or in Nilambur, Kerala. Proud mallutrainer!
  • Online: I train people all over, guiding you through every step.

My Story

My teacher once said, 'tujhe kabhi naukri nahi milegi' (you’ll never get a job). She was right, I’m not built for the regular stuff. Wrestling, lifting, failing, rising—repeat. People see me deadlift 200kg and think beast mode, but real strength? That’s climbing back after you hit the floor. Gym is life, but so are forests, mountains, my cat Sibbu, and my crazy fish. I ride, I wander, I love. And yeah, one moment changed everything for me.

My Work

Body Transformation & Fitness Coaching - I do online body transformation coaching, strength training for beginners, and help you smash personal records.

Training Style - We go thallumaala style—technique, discipline, and big lifts. You’ll sweat, compete, and level up.

Who I Train - Anyone ready to work—men, women, newbies or hardcore lifters. If you’re not scared to fail, we’ll vibe.

The Community - Mallu fitness community in Bangalore. We train hard, crack jokes, make reels, and lift each other up.
