My story isn't your usual fitness coach tale. Gym is my escape, and training others is something I genuinely love. I built my own path because I was told I couldn't make it the regular way. Now, my mission is to help you find your strongest self, not just physically but in mindset too.

Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation fades, but discipline sticks. With me, you learn to show up even on bad days. No quick fixes. The results come from consistency and pushing past what you think are your limits.

How We Train

  • We start with a strength and muscle gain program. Heavy compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench) are our bread and butter.
  • Form is everything. I’ll spot you, correct your posture, and sometimes make you drop the weight just to nail that movement.
  • Want to get ripped or even compete? I’ll map out personalized workout plans and even help with posing if that’s your goal.

Who I Work With

I train both men and women - newbies who’ve never lifted, or folks chasing a new PR. The only thing you need is commitment. If you’re serious, you’ll fit in.

My Story

My teacher once said, 'tujhe kabhi naukri nahi milegi' (you’ll never get a job). She was right, I’m not built for the regular stuff. Wrestling, lifting, failing, rising—repeat. People see me deadlift 200kg and think beast mode, but real strength? That’s climbing back after you hit the floor. Gym is life, but so are forests, mountains, my cat Sibbu, and my crazy fish. I ride, I wander, I love. And yeah, one moment changed everything for me.

Body Transformation & Fitness Coaching - I do online body transformation coaching, strength training for beginners, and help you smash personal records.

Training Style - We go thallumaala style—technique, discipline, and big lifts. You’ll sweat, compete, and level up.

Who I Train - Anyone ready to work—men, women, newbies or hardcore lifters. If you’re not scared to fail, we’ll vibe.

The Community - Mallu fitness community in Bangalore. We train hard, crack jokes, make reels, and lift each other up.
