Croissants, Done Right

Our croissants are a bit of an obsession. Flaky outside, soft and airy inside, always with that buttery kick. Pick from classic butter, almond, chocolate, cheese, raspberry, or mixed herb. Whether you’re a breakfast person or just need a mid-day treat, these artisanal croissants just hit different.

Cakes & More

If you’re tired of artificial stuff, you’ll appreciate our pure dairy cakes. The Belgian Truffle Cake has a rep for being the city’s finest, and the Chocolate Almond & Orange Cake is all about that almond flour and real orange juice combo. My Story

Started out in 2013, we just wanted to make desserts that felt real, not fake-sweet or loaded with shortcuts. That’s L’inouï - means the rare, the extraordinary. Our kitchen’s in namma Bengaluru, but we get our ingredients from all over. No premixes, no synthetic stuff. Macarons with pure almond flour, cakes with 100% dairy cream, hot chocolate that’s just melted couverture chocolate. We’re Indian, but our standards are global. If you care about what you eat, you’ll taste the difference.

My Work

Our Desserts & Hampers - We do couverture chocolate truffles, pure almond flour macarons, artisanal cakes, croissants, cookies, and curated gift hampers.

Ingredient Purity - No shortcuts. Only real cocoa butter, 100% dairy cream, natural fruit fillings, pure almond flour. No fake stuff.

Global Meets Local - We use Belgian chocolate and global ingredients, but everything’s handmade in our Bengaluru kitchen.
