We’re not just after six-packs here. If you get one, cool, but what actually matters is feeling stronger and moving better in everyday life. Our classes are where showing up feels like the best part of your day, not another boring task.

How We Do Things

  • Every class is coach-led, so you always have someone watching your form, pushing you, and keeping things safe. It’s a group, but you’ll get attention almost like it’s 1-on-1.
  • Each person gets an accountability coach. Someone checks in on your progress, asks about your meals, and helps you stay on track. We’re honestly in your corner, gym or not.
  • Workouts are smart and planned. We use progressive overload training, which is just a fancy way of saying we help you get a bit better every single session, so you don’t hit a wall.

What to Expect in a Week

  • Strength days: big lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench press, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells.
  • Conditioning days: sweaty, high-energy stuff—rowing, burpees, circuits that get your heart pumping.
  • Mobility and skill work: proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and skill programs like learning to do pull-ups.

Never touched a weight? Already strong? Doesn’t matter. Our scalable group workouts for beginners and pros mean everyone gets pushed at their own pace.

My Story

We started LIFTR because honestly, gyms felt too cold and crowded. Here, it’s not just about reps or diet charts - it’s about the fam.
