Indian election law is tricky - one mistake can end a campaign before it starts. My job is to make the whole process simple to understand and help you avoid the common pitfalls that can trip up candidates and parties.

Where I Help Most

• Nomination Paper Scrutiny: Getting your nomination accepted is step one. Aapko savdhan rehna chahiye (you must be careful) with details like age, citizenship, and holding any 'office of profit' - small errors here can lead to disqualification under Representation of People Act.
• Challenging Election Results: If you think the election wasn't fair, I guide you through the election petition procedure - from improper vote counts to corrupt practices. We only build cases where there’s a real legal ground.
• Electoral Compliance Advisory: Kanoon ka palan karna (following the law) is a must from day one. I help with all the dos and don’ts so you’re not stuck with technical violations down the line.
