How I Work in Higher Courts

• I handle cases at the Supreme Court, including Special Leave Petition in Supreme Court for challenging High Court decisions.
• I take on both civil and criminal appeals in the Karnataka High Court, understanding exactly when a case goes before a single judge or a larger bench.
• My cases sometimes shape not just individual outcomes but also national legal policy.

Standing Up for the Public

• I file Public Interest Litigation when someone’s rights are ignored and they can’t fight for themselves.
• I’m careful to keep PILs focused on real public good, not private interests or politics.

Defending Your Rights

• I regularly work on Article 21 right to privacy cases and the right to a fair trial.
• Free speech matters to me, especially with all the changes in the digital world.
• I push for fairness so that nobody faces discrimination.
