At Iron Fist Fight Club, I see self-defense as way beyond just fighting. It's about finding that confidence so you can walk down the street without flinching. I focus a lot on discipline, respect, and always being ready to support each other - feels more like family than just a gym.

What You'll Learn

No fluff, no filmi moves. I teach you how to actually handle yourself if something goes down:

  • Stance and awareness first - most problems get solved if you know how to avoid them
  • Real punches and kicks from Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai
  • Grappling basics, because most fights end up on the ground anyway. Wrestling and BJJ help you get up, not stay stuck
  • Loads of pressure testing in martial arts sessions, so you know your skills work under stress

Who's This For?

Doesn't matter if you're 5 or 55, fit or just starting out. I run:

  • Regular classes for everyone, no previous experience needed
  • Women's self-defense classes, where you train with other women and build up confidence
  • Self-defense for kids and teens - not to make them aggressive, but to help them be strong and respectful

Responsibility Comes First

I always say: these skills are for protecting yourself and those you care about, bas. No using them to show off or pick fights. I'm upfront about the legal stuff - use this only when you have no other choice.

My Story

Charles here, founder of Iron Fist Fight Club. Been in the ring, coached champs, built this place from scratch. Three years out, trained ten days, won IHFF Nationals—so yeah, never count me out. I’m also General Secretary for Karnataka MMA, working to grow the sport here. Our gym saw the Indian National Team prep for Worlds—proud moment. Like my buddy said, 'illi local alli iroru dayavittu banni' (locals, come by). This club’s my family. We fight, we push, we get back up together.

My Work

Fight & Fitness Training - We train in MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ, self-defense, and fitness for all ages, starting at 5.

Warrior Facilities - Multiple Bangalore branches, MMA octagon, boxing ring, pro equipment—this place is more than a gym.

Personal Coaching - Expert coaches give real attention, from beginners to pros, including personal fight coaching and body transformation program.
