We’re into kickboxing for real reasons - getting stronger, building grit, and learning practical skills that matter. No show-off moves. Just honest work, solid training, and a team vibe where everyone pushes each other.

How Our Kickboxing Works

  • Self-defense comes first. I teach striking that actually works, not just for the ring but for real-life.
  • Our sessions are a high-intensity kickboxing workout. Expect to sweat and feel your muscles working - this style helps burn fat and boost stamina.
  • Basics get drilled till they stick. Jab, cross, kick - muscle memory is the goal.

Who Shows Up Here

  • Adults at any level join us - total beginners or folks with some experience.
  • If you want kickboxing for weight loss, our fitness classes skip the hardcore sparring and focus on cardio and conditioning.
  • Kids kickboxing classes are always full of energy. We mix fun with discipline and confidence-building.
  • Those eyeing medals can dive into our K1 kickboxing training - our athletes have golds at district and state events.

Inside Our Sessions

  • Every class mixes padwork, conditioning (think kettlebells, ladders, bodyweight drills), and optional sparring in a safe setup.

My Story

We’re iPPON, and martial arts isn’t just kicks and punches for us. It’s how we live, breathe, grow. Our head coach Ragesh’s journey took him from UFC gyms in Texas to learning from masters everywhere. Still a student, always. Nothing beats watching our folks—kids, adults—walk taller, win medals, and cheer each other on. Team iPPON in HSR isn’t just a gym, it’s our squad, our family.

My Work

Martial Arts Training for All Ages - We offer kids martial arts classes, adult batches, and even tough MMA fitness programs.

Traditional & Modern Mix - Training blends Karate, Kickboxing, BJJ, and practical self-defence for real-world strength.

Community & Competition - Join Team iPPON—medals, tournaments, and loads of team spirit. Competitive Karate coaching is our thing.

Special Workshops - Women's self-defence workshops and custom sessions for anyone wanting extra skills.
