About

I started this program because I’ve seen how much running can change a person’s life, especially for women. Too often, women don’t feel safe or supported when they run. I wanted to build something that fixes that, right here in Bengaluru.

How We Run, Together

  • Everyone’s welcome, no matter your pace or experience level. If you’re just getting started, our ‘Back to Basics’ sessions at Agara Lake are perfect. Already running? You’ll find company and challenge with our weekend long runs, speed work, or even the occasional trail run.
  • I believe discipline and consistency matter, but you don’t have to do it alone. We run in groups, and every session is about keeping things safe and positive.
  • We’re part of the global ‘With Women We Run’ movement. The main thing? Nobody gets left behind.

Beyond Just Running

  • Running is just the start. We mix in strength training, HIIT, and pool recovery, all designed for women.
  • Yoga and mobility sessions help with injury prevention and make sure you’re ready for the next run.
  • Sessions are held mainly in HSR Layout, Agara Lake, and Cubbon Park. Thursdays are for strength, Saturdays for long runs (plus beginner sessions), and Sundays for endurance.

Real Community

  • This isn’t just a group, it’s a women’s running community Bangalore can count on. We cheer each other on, celebrate the first 5k, and share those tough days too.
  • Most of us started out nervous or as beginners, but now we’ve built something real. It’s not perfect - some days are tough and schedules can change - but we’ve got each other’s backs.

My Story

We’re RunPundit. Coaching isn’t just a job for us, it’s a calling. Sport, running - it’s how we see people change, inside out. From the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew to our 'With Women We Run' (auraton ke saath daudte hain - we run with women) drive, we’re all about building a real women’s running community. Doesn’t matter if you’re chasing a PB or running for Bharat ke liye Bhago, it’s the spirit that counts. Finish line? Bas shuruaat hai (just the beginning).

My Work

Running coaching for all levels - We train beginners, marathoners, anyone who wants to run. Running technique coaching, strength, plyometrics, yoga for runners, recovery - all covered.

Our philosophy: Trust the process - We don’t break you, we shape you. Every session is about consistency, purpose, and growth.

Form first, always - Good form means fewer injuries. We work on the basics every week so you run better, safer.

Community is everything - You’ll train with the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew. Safe running spaces for women, support, and a lot of laughs.
