About

Running’s not just about putting in miles. I’ve seen too many runners burn out or get hurt just because they skipped the basics. For me, it’s simple - you need a strong body to keep doing what you love, and that strength comes from more than just running.

What You Get

  • Group strength sessions at local gyms, mixing up functional weightlifting (think squats, deadlifts) with bodyweight basics. Perfect if you want functional strength for distance running, not just big muscles.
  • Outdoor HIIT circuits and plyometrics - lots of squat jumps, burpees, and agility stuff. These explosive power workouts for runners help you push harder during those final stretches.
  • Mobility and activation drills, including band work and core stability for running performance. We throw in plenty of running drills and use resistance bands to fire up the muscles runners usually ignore.
  • ‘Back to Basics’ sessions for anyone who’s just starting or coming back after a break.

The Vibe

  • No one’s judging. We work as a group - there’s masti (fun), competition, and lots of high-fives.
  • Special women-only sessions (‘With Women We Run’) for a safe, chill space.
  • Pain’s part of the deal, but so is celebrating every win. You’ll always find someone cheering for you.

My Story

We’re RunPundit. Coaching isn’t just a job for us, it’s a calling. Sport, running - it’s how we see people change, inside out. From the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew to our 'With Women We Run' (auraton ke saath daudte hain - we run with women) drive, we’re all about building a real women’s running community. Doesn’t matter if you’re chasing a PB or running for Bharat ke liye Bhago, it’s the spirit that counts. Finish line? Bas shuruaat hai (just the beginning).

My Work

Running coaching for all levels - We train beginners, marathoners, anyone who wants to run. Running technique coaching, strength, plyometrics, yoga for runners, recovery - all covered.

Our philosophy: Trust the process - We don’t break you, we shape you. Every session is about consistency, purpose, and growth.

Form first, always - Good form means fewer injuries. We work on the basics every week so you run better, safer.

Community is everything - You’ll train with the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew. Safe running spaces for women, support, and a lot of laughs.
