About

At Hum & Strum, music is our jam, but dancing just brings out a whole new side. Our dance classes are all about finding your groove, not about who’s the best or the fastest. If you’ve ever wanted to try Bollywood dance lessons for adults, or just want a space where you can shake a leg without any judgement, this is it.

What You’ll Learn

We keep things chilled and energetic, mixing styles like:

• Bollywood (for those full-on filmy vibes)
• Hip hop (if you want to try those street moves)
• Contemporary (go with the flow, express yourself)

Our batches are super small - usually 4 to 5 people. This way, you actually get noticed, not lost in the crowd.

Who Can Join?

Kids, adults, total newbies, or folks who’ve got some moves - everyone’s welcome. We split our classes so you’ll be with people your age. Parents, you can actually join your child at the same time if you want.

More Than Just Classes

We don’t just practice - we perform! Our dance performance opportunities include smaller indoor gigs and a big, mad concert every year called ‘Cacophony’. If you’re nervous about being on stage, don’t worry. Most of us were too, once.

How Classes Work

• 1 hour sessions, either once or twice a week
• Classes on weekday evenings or weekend mornings
• You can always try a free class before deciding
