At Hum & Strum, music is our soul, but art has a special place too. I see creativity as something that shapes everything - without art, life feels bland. Our Art & Craft classes are all about letting kids experiment, express, and find their own style. Art seekhna hai toh yahan aa jao! (If you want to learn art, just come here!)
What We Do
Our classes are led by Hajra Shaik, who loves helping kids see things differently. We keep things hands-on and fun, not super strict like a typical art school.
- Drawing & Painting: We start simple, building skills with pencil shading techniques for kids. From realistic drawing to portrait drawing basics, everyone gets to try something new.
- Doodle & Zentangle: These relaxing doodle art sessions are perfect for unwinding and focusing. Even stippling and pointillism make an appearance - patience is key!
- Handwriting & Calligraphy: It's not just about neatness. We work on handwriting improvement classes and beginner calligraphy workshops to boost brain power and creativity.
The Vibe
Our space is chill and friendly. Mistakes are cool, experimenting is encouraged, and the main thing is having fun. No pressure, just pure expression. Bas, aa jao! (Just come on over!)
What You Need
For the trial class, you bring your own basic supplies. We keep it easy – drawing book, pencils, sharpener, colours. Try it out and see if it clicks.
