I see physiotherapy as more than just fixing pain. It’s about keeping your body moving well, feeling strong, and making sure you’re ready for anything - not just now, but in the long run. I’m not here to slap on a quick fix. I dig deep to find what’s really going on and build a plan that sticks.

How I Work

  • My approach is always team-based. I work closely with trainers so your workouts and recovery are fully in sync.
  • I’m big on prehab - think of it as tuning up your body before problems start. We’ll work on weak spots and mobility before they become issues.
  • Every plan starts with a good look at how you move, so your recovery and training fit where you’re at right now.

What to Expect

  • If you’re coming back from an old injury, I use structured progressions and safe exercise modifications. Things like the Landmine Squat Press keep your joints happy while you rebuild.
  • For anyone looking to prevent injuries, I bring in dynamic mobility training (like Animal Flow moves), assisted stretching, and posture drills.
  • Want to push your limits? I focus on joint stabilization techniques and better mechanics so you can go harder, safer.

My Story
