How I Train

My approach is simple. You get stronger and fitter by doing the basics well:

  • Heavy lifting
  • Jumping and sprinting
  • Cardio that actually makes a difference

No fancy gadgets, no unstable surfaces. We focus on evidence-based strength training routines and keep it real. I don’t label exercises as “dangerous” or obsess over tiny imbalances. You’ll push your limits, but smartly—progress comes when you’re ready, not when an app says so.

What You Get

The program includes:

  • 3 main gym sessions a week for muscle, power, and strength
  • 2 hybrid conditioning sessions for your engine (sometimes running, sometimes gym-based)
  • Guidance for all levels, whether you’ve got a full gym or just a hotel setup
  • Personalized workout progression, so nothing feels cookie-cutter

How We Work Together

You’ll get access to me and my coaching partner, Tom, through our app. Ask questions, send us videos for remote coach feedback, and get your workouts tweaked anytime. It’s legit support, not just auto-replies.

My Story

I used to think strength and conditioning was the be-all, end-all. Neutral spine, textbook form, all that jazz. But real life’s messier. Bodies adapt, technique isn’t one-size-fits-all, and sometimes your back rounds a bit when you’re lifting heavy - that’s just how it goes. Now, I’m all about helping folks handle their sport’s demands, not chasing perfect form. Seeing my clients, like Renu, hit big goals makes it all worth it. Some days are rough, some are great, but you put in the work.
