I’m Nakul, and I won’t sell you circus tricks or Insta-fads. I use evidence-based strength training because that’s what actually gets results. My PhD in Strength & Conditioning backs up everything I do. The gym’s not for showing off – it’s for building your engine: strength, power, speed, and endurance.
