I’m Nakul, and I won’t sell you circus tricks or Insta-fads. I use evidence-based strength training because that’s what actually gets results. My PhD in Strength & Conditioning backs up everything I do. The gym’s not for showing off – it’s for building your engine: strength, power, speed, and endurance. You put that engine to use, whether it’s on the field, in life, or just getting up the stairs easier.

My Story

I used to think strength and conditioning was the be-all, end-all. Neutral spine, textbook form, all that jazz. But real life’s messier. Bodies adapt, technique isn’t one-size-fits-all, and sometimes your back rounds a bit when you’re lifting heavy - that’s just how it goes. Now, I’m all about helping folks handle their sport’s demands, not chasing perfect form. Seeing my clients, like Renu, hit big goals makes it all worth it. Some days are rough, some are great, but you put in the work.
