I’m all about helping women flip the script on what strength means. You won’t find any focus on shrinking here - just building up real, lasting strength. If you’re tired of being told you’re 'too delicate' or scared of getting 'too bulky', you’re not alone. I’ve busted those myths myself and now, I want you to feel strong, pretty, and ready to lift.

My Style: No Gyaan, Just Real Talk

The fitness world has too much drama - toxic diet culture, unrealistic standards. Yaar, kitna darr faila diya hai (Friend, people have been made so scared). My programs are my answer to all that. I’ve struggled with overtraining and hating my body, which is why I make this about feeling good, not punishing yourself.

My Story

I always wanted to be a businesswoman, just like my dad. School days were rough, I was bullied and tried too hard to fit in. Fitness became my escape, but I messed up—starving, overtraining, just plain lost. Hired a trainer in Bangalore, he didn’t even care about my goals, just pointed at my body. That’s when I knew, I had to do better. BASE is my answer—a judgment-free gym, mostly for women, where feeling strong matters more than numbers. Dad always says, 'यार हर मंथ सेम नहीं होता, ऊपर नीचे चलते रहता है बिजनेस में' (business has ups and downs), and that keeps me going.
