I made my first staff because I wanted something that felt like a friend for anyone just starting out. I remember being totally lost and a bit awkward at the start, so I put all my trial-and-error, all those 'arre yaar' (oh man) moments, into this. Flow practice has become my meditation, and I wanted to share that without the pressure.

Every staff is made to order. I’ll match the size to your height and you can pick your favorite color, ya mix bhi kar sakte ho (you can even mix colors). No mass production here, each one is as unique as your flow journey.

Try Before You Decide

If you land up in one of my beginner flow workshops, you can try a staff before deciding. Honestly, I just want more people to feel how good moving with a beginner flow arts staff can be. And if you start, don’t worry about being perfect - I’m learning too, always.
