I'm not here to teach perfect yoga shapes or preach wellness buzzwords. For me, these workshops are about dropping the daily drama, pressing pause, and just being real with yourself. If you’re looking to shake off stress, feel more balanced, or get your head out of the usual rut, you’ll probably vibe with my style.

What Happens at My Workshops

Every session is a little different, but usually you’ll find:

  • Movement and gentle flow for all bodies
  • Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations)
  • Sound healing with Tibetan bowls - it's honestly next level
  • Guided nap time (yep, yoga nidra) focused on stuff like forgiveness or just letting go
  • Breathwork and chanting to chill you out and boost group energy
  • Journaling for intention setting (Sankalpa) and reflection

Favorite Gatherings

I love hosting Self-Care Sundays. They’re packed with movement, meditation, intention setting, and a healthy lunch that’s actually tasty. My Full & New Moon Practices are all about tuning in to moon energy meditation, sometimes with candles and always with good vibes.

Wellness at Work

I team up with companies for custom employee wellness programs. That might look like a mindful workplace event, a group yoga nidra experience, or even a poolside FlexFlow for your crew. The aim? Help everyone feel less frazzled and more grounded.

The Space & The Feel

Atmosphere matters, so I pick venues that feel special. Sometimes we’re under the open sky, in a garden, or in my favorite spot on Richmond Road. Always relaxed, welcoming, and with some healthy snacks after. There’s no pressure - just real people, real pause, and a sense of community.

My Story

Hey, I’m Bhavya. Born in Coorg, I grew up chasing medals as a Karnataka athlete, but yoga pulled me in after injuries made me slow down. Now, yoga’s my way to find peace, not just power. My cats? Always around, sneaking into my practice. My bike, Bumblebee, is my escape—nothing beats a ride in the hills. Life’s a mashup: discipline, adventure, and lots of cuddles from my furballs.

My Work

Yoga and Movement Sessions - I teach Primal Flow yoga, General Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Qigong, Partner & Acro Yoga, Kids Yoga, and sound healing classes.

My Teaching Style - We focus on mobility and flexibility training, not just intense stuff. I want you to move pain-free, at your own pace.

Everyone’s Welcome - No judgement here. Yoga is for every body. It’s about finding your own balance, on and off the mat.

Chill Vibes Only - My cats sometimes join class—so expect a furry supervisor during your session!
