About
We run everything with the help of people like you, not a big shelter building. Cat Squad is a city-wide, online-based cat fostering network spread all over Bangalore. Every single thing we do depends on volunteers and foster paw-rents - that's what keeps us going. If you've ever wanted to be part of a real community cat support group, this is it.
What You Can Do
- Foster Paw-rent: Take in a rescued cat or kitten, even if it's just for a few weeks. You'll help tiny bottle babies, cats healing from surgery, or those who just need to learn that humans can be nice. It’s intense sometimes, but honestly, nothing beats seeing a scared cat finally relax and trust you.
- Volunteer: Not up for fostering? No worries. We always need help with:
- Transporting cats to vets or adoption camps.
- Helping at events and adoption drives.
- On-ground rescue work (sometimes messy, always rewarding).
- Spreading the word about sterilization and "Adopt, Don’t Shop".
Real Life, Real Flexibility
Think your schedule is too crazy? Trust me, most of us said the same thing. We’re all from different backgrounds - doctors, designers, teachers - fitting this in around our lives. If you’ve got the heart, we’ll find a way for you to pitch in.

We celebrate every adopted cat, every successful rescue. Sometimes it gets hectic, sometimes emotional, but you always know you’re making a difference.
We don’t have a fancy shelter - just a giant, city-spanning family of fosters and volunteers, all working towards giving Bangalore’s cats a better shot at life.
