About

For me, yoga is way more than bending or stretching - it’s about that whole journey inside your mind and body. I mix discipline with a bit of fun (yes, sometimes we break into a little dance), and every time someone nails a new pose, you’ll hear a big ‘Jai ho!’ in the studio.

The Flow of My Classes

  • We focus on breath first - inhale, exhale, repeat till you find your own rhythm.
  • I blend Hatha yoga for beginners with more dynamic styles like Ashtanga.
  • Expect hands-on guidance - I’ll help with alignment using both words and physical adjustments.
  • If you’re up for it, we also try Aerial, Acro, and Partner Yoga. It’s about pushing limits, but in a safe way.

Tools & Techniques

  • We use blocks, straps, sticks, and yoga wheels - not to make things easy, but to make every stretch count.
  • My approach includes yoga with props, acupressure plates for extra energy, and even some classes with light weights for building strength.
  • Blindfolded yoga sessions occasionally, to really zone in on your senses.

Beyond the Physical

  • Every class has time for pranayama breathing techniques and meditation.
  • Sometimes we do chanting, and on special days, singing bowl meditation to help you relax deeper.

Who Can Join

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or you’ve been at this for years. I keep the classes mixed-level, so I’m always around to make sure you’re safe and getting what you need.

The Space

Our shala is big, clean, and calm - think Buddha and Shiva murals, quiet corners, and zero distractions. Just step in and focus on your practice.

My Story

Namaste! I’m Ashish. Yoga changed my life, not just my body but my mind too. I started this school because I wanted everyone—kids, adults, anyone—to feel that same strength and peace. We’re not just a class, we’re a family. We laugh, we sweat, we even dance Zumba together. My heart is happiest when I see my students become teachers and spread this joy further. That’s what keeps me going.

Yoga & Zumba Classes For All - Group sessions offline or online, aerial yoga classes, multi-style, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Zumba—something for everyone.

Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training - 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher training. Small batches, lots of personal attention.

Therapeutic Yoga Personal Training - One-on-one training for healing, using props like blocks, wheels, and chairs. All levels welcome.

Kids Yoga Classes - Fun yoga for ages 4-10. Helps kids build focus and flexibility. First class free!
