My Story
Village roots shape me - Grew up in a small Haryana village, raised in a spiritual family influenced by Swami Vivekananda's teachings.
Why I chose yoga - My parents' health struggles with cancer and heart surgery led me towards healing through yoga.
My learning journey - Trained at Sivananda's ashram, studied in Mysore, and completed MA in yoga from Haldwani.
City life changed me - Working in Bombay showed me how stress affects people, inspiring me to help through yoga.
My Work
What I offer - I teach Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Wall Rope Yoga, and conduct teacher training courses and retreats.
What makes me different - I blend traditional yogic practices with modern techniques, focusing on both physical and spiritual growth.
Where you'll find me - I run multiple yoga centers across Gurugram, creating accessible spaces for everyone's wellness journey.
