My Story

This year’s been wild - I call it my butterfly year! Butterflies keep popping up everywhere, even at Coldplay concerts (yes, I cried). Metamorphosis is my jam now, so I’m always trying something new - from messy pottery attempts to pole dancing or even sweating it out in an Akhada, channeling Dara Singh vibes. I’m happiest moving, chilling by the beach or up in the hills, and just soaking up good times with my people. My thing? Choose happiness, always.

Pilates for Everyone - Men, women, young, old - doesn’t matter. Pilates is for all, and we make sure everyone feels welcome.

Mind Body Connection - Slow movement fitness is our thing. We focus on control, breathing, and connecting with your body.
