I love bringing people together through movement and honest conversation, especially in spaces where we usually forget to slow down. For me, corporate wellness isn't just about physical activity - it’s about building a community in your workplace where everyone feels seen and supported.

What I Offer

  • Signature group wellness workshops that feel more like a mini-retreat than a fitness class. Think Pilates & Brunch - we move, we eat, we talk real stuff. Everyone’s welcome, no matter your experience level.
  • Sundowner Pilates for that after-hours reset. We stretch, breathe, and let the day go as the sun sets, then dig into healthy eats from local brands.
  • I team up with food partners who genuinely care about what goes on your plate. No fake healthy stuff, only real nourishment.

More Than Movement

  • I also speak at workplace mental health events and panels, mostly for women’s health. I’m not shy about breaking taboos - periods, cycle syncing, moving through your cycle, you name it.
  • My talks are practical, interactive, and packed with takeaways your team can actually use.

My Story

This year’s been wild - I call it my butterfly year! Butterflies keep popping up everywhere, even at Coldplay concerts (yes, I cried). Metamorphosis is my jam now, so I’m always trying something new - from messy pottery attempts to pole dancing or even sweating it out in an Akhada, channeling Dara Singh vibes. I’m happiest moving, chilling by the beach or up in the hills, and just soaking up good times with my people. My thing? Choose happiness, always.

Pilates & PHIIT Classes - We offer online and offline Mat & Prop Pilates, PHIIT Pilates classes, group sessions, and personal training for all levels.

Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates - Special sessions for moms-to-be and new moms, tailored to your body’s needs and comfort.

Pilates for Everyone - Men, women, young, old - doesn’t matter. Pilates is for all, and we make sure everyone feels welcome.

Mind Body Connection - Slow movement fitness is our thing. We focus on control, breathing, and connecting with your body.
