We create villas that feel like they're part of Goa itself. For us, true luxury is when a home breathes with its surroundings, not against them. Every villa tells its own story—rooted in the land, shaped by tradition, and open to the life outside.
How We Build: Indian Modern, Handmade, Honest
Our designs are what we call Indian Modern. Lots of natural materials—think laterite stone and rammed earth walls, so the house actually cools itself and ages beautifully. We don’t just use local materials, we depend on local hands. Yahan ke karigar hi asli magic laate hain (The craftsmen here bring real magic). It’s never just about looks—spaces have to feel handmade, not factory-made.

Our Goa Stories
Every project is different:
- Calangute: 5-bedroom villa, big pool, edible terrace garden, paddy views—currently under construction
- Morjim: 4 unique villas, laterite and rammed earth styles, close to the beach, ready from Oct 2025
- Corgao: Quiet 3-bedroom villa, breaking ground Oct 2025
