I’m all about designing places that feel rooted - both to the land and to our traditions. For me, architecture isn’t just putting up walls. It’s about making spaces where Indian identity meets modern comfort. Since 2002, I’ve been experimenting with this idea at our studio in Magadi, where we literally build with the soil and stone under our feet.

How I Work

I offer a full Design + Build service, which is one smooth journey from the first sketch to the final handover. No bouncing between contractors. This keeps the vision tight and the process clear. I’m there through every step, whether you’re planning a private home, a villa, or a community space.

What Sets My Homes Apart

• Big windows, breezy verandas, and courtyards - perfect for tropical climate architecture.
• I love to break the boundary between inside and outside. You’ll find homes that open up to fields, gardens, or forests.
• Biophilic residential design is a big deal for me. I try to save trees and add lotus ponds or edible gardens where I can.

Material Choices

Building with the earth is my style. Rammed earth, adobe, and wattle-and-daub are techniques I use often. Local material sourcing is key - whether it’s stone from a nearby quarry or reclaimed wood. Lately, I’ve been developing prefab sustainable homes to make things quicker without losing that handmade touch.
