My Story

Hey, I’m Anagha. Yoga for me isn’t just fancy poses - it’s old wisdom, slow healing. I’ve seen how stress sneaks into your back, your breath, even sleep. I work with folks who carry stories in their bodies - pain, joy, even PTSD. I’m not about making you a pretzel. We go easy. I love old tales, like Srinivasa Kalyanam, they keep me grounded. Here, you breathe, move slow, and let your body find its own peace.

Yoga Therapy & Custom Plans - I help with insomnia, arthritis, PTSD, diabetes, and more. Each plan is personal, rooted in tradition.

Gentle, Holistic Approach - No tough poses here. We use mindful movement and props, focusing on gentle yoga for PTSD and arthritis.

Breathwork for Balance - Pranayama for emotional balance is my thing. Simple breath practices like Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Kapalabhati.

Yoga for All Bodies - Props like blocks and bolsters make yoga therapy for insomnia and beginners safe and easy.
