For me, yoga isn’t just about nailing some fancy pose. It’s a real journey inward. Every time I step on the mat, I’m looking for that little bit of calm in all the noise, and that’s what I want to help you find too. These workshops are for anyone who’s already got a base and wants to dig deeper, both in body and mind.

What to Expect in My Workshops

  • Direct, hands-on corrections – not to force your body, but to help you understand it better and move safely into advanced asanas.
  • Props everywhere – chairs, blocks, straps, walls. Iyengar yoga props are total gamechangers for building confidence and opening up new movements.
  • It's not just about strength or flexibility; we work a lot on mental resilience and awareness, so you get that mind-body connection.

Workshop Focus Areas

  • Deep backbend techniques: We’ll open up the heart and spine, using support for poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana and Kapotasana.
  • Advanced arm balance workshop: Break down the details of Bakasana, Pincha Mayurasana, and handstands. We go step by step, so you really get it.
  • Hips and twists: Release stuck stress (yaar, hips toh sabke tight hote hain - everyone's hips are tight), work into Yogi Dandasana, and get that spinal mobility.
  • Guided meditation with sound healing: Expect pranayama, gentle flows, and sound baths with Tibetan bowls for serious mental calm.

My Story

Namaste, we are Nirakula Yoga Shala. Our roots go deep - some of us come from dance, theatre, lots of creative stuff. You’ll see that spark in how we teach, mixing movement and emotion. Our mornings start with laughter, puzzles, and yes, yoga with our little ones. Nature is our recharge button, whether it’s pranayama under a tree or asanas on a Kerala boat. For us, yoga is life – in small joys, in every breath.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Workshops - We offer Hatha, Ashtanga, advanced asana workshops, pre and postnatal yoga, sound meditation, and 200-hour teacher training.

Hands on, Creative Teaching - We use props and practical adjustments so you learn alignment and go deeper, safe for any level.

For All Levels - Beginner or advanced, there’s space for your journey. Progress matters more than perfection.
