For me, food means what my mom cooked - simple, homely, never fancy. At Agraane Kitchen, I make everything fresh, just how we do it back at home in North Karnataka. If you miss that Jolad rotti meal in Bangalore, you’ll feel right at home here.

What’s On the Plate?

• Jolada rotti, soft and thin, straight from the tawa
• Ennegayi, that classic baby brinjal curry with proper North Karnataka masala
• Palyas (side veggies) change up depending on what’s fresh and good - sometimes kalupalya, sometimes something else
• Shenga chutneypudi (peanut powder) for that extra punch
