Work can get overwhelming. I know most offices in India run on chai, deadlines, and constant screen time. Our goal is not to give a quick break but to help your team actually slow down, breathe, and build real habits for wellness.

What Happens in Our Sessions

  • I come to your office - no mats, no lycra, no fuss.
  • We start with pranayama (breathing to reset) that anyone can do, right in their work clothes.
  • Office yoga sessions: simple stretches for neck, shoulders, and back, done at your desk. No one's going to twist into a pretzel.
  • Meditation gets broken down for beginners. I show how to use these tools on tough days, not just when things are easy.

My Story

We kicked off Absolute Yoga in 2017, just wanting a space where anyone could walk in and feel at home. I’ve seen all sides of yoga - old-school ashram vibes, city studios, you name it. Here, it’s not about perfect poses or showing off. Some days you’re strong, other days you’re just breathing through it. That’s the real deal. We’re now 800+ strong, with a big new studio for aerial yoga, but the heart stays the same: it’s about you and your journey, no frills.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Workshops - We offer in-person, online, and special workshops—Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, aerial yoga classes, prenatal yoga sessions, and more.

Personal Guidance - Small group yoga sessions so we can actually see you, correct your form, and suggest changes that fit your body.

Yoga for Every Body - Props like blocks, straps, chairs—yoga with props makes it work for everyone, no matter your level or flexibility.

Yoga for Real Life - It’s not about being flexible or fit. Yoga for beginners and regulars, focused on consistency, not just motivation.
