I don’t do shortcuts. Every session at A3 Performance pushes you to go all out, just like the pros. My approach is straight-up, no fluff - it’s about getting you stronger, faster, and tough enough to handle whatever your sport throws at you.

How Training Works

I break training into three main parts:

  • Raw strength and conditioning: Think squats, deadlifts, and presses. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, and cable machines for strength and injury prevention.
  • Sports-specific agility training and explosive power workouts: It’s not just about speed. I use ladders, hurdles, and box jumps to get you moving fast and sharp. Weighted sleds and medicine balls build the kind of power that wins games.
  • Endurance training for athletes: High-intensity intervals, SkiErgs, and battle ropes stretch your limits. Stuff like bear crawls test your grit.

My Story

Hey, we’re A3 Performance. Started up in 2013, still kicking. You’ll find real athletes here - cricket, basketball, you name it. We’ve had people walk in for 3 months, end up staying 9 years. Seen folks go from injury to Indian cricket call-up, seen women smash their own limits. Even had Rajinikanth drop by once! For us, this is home, not just a gym. A3 Fam - you’ll feel it when you walk in.
