This is the first set of visuals a user sees. It’s designed to quickly showcase the breadth and impact of my self-defense training, covering women's empowerment, kids' anti-bullying, practical techniques, and the supportive community I build.
Anti-Bullying & Self-Defense for Kids
I teach kids to be confident, not aggressive. My anti-bullying program uses fun games, practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and basic striking to build real-world skills. We also include yoga and pranayama to improve their focus and calm their minds.
Women's Safety & Empowerment Workshops
Apni safety aapki responsibility hai. These workshops are designed to give you the confidence and practical skills to handle real-world threats. We cover everything from grip breaks and ground survival to situational awareness, using simple moves that work regardless of your size or strength.
Corporate & School Seminars
I bring safety and awareness training directly to your workplace or school. These on-site seminars are tailored to your group's needs, focusing on practical self-defense, situational awareness, and building team confidence. I've been honored to work with organizations like Wipro, Artemis Hospital, and HSV Global School.
Practical Self-Defense Techniques
This is not movie stuff. I teach techniques that are tested and proven to work in actual situations. Learn how to handle common attacks, including grip breaks, clinch control, ground survival using BJJ, and defenses against weapons like sticks and knives.
MMA & Grappling Training
For those who want to go deeper into martial arts, we offer comprehensive training in MMA, BJJ, wrestling, and Muay Thai. The focus is on efficiency and technique over raw strength. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, or advanced self-defense, we train hard and enjoy the process.
Mind & Body: Philosophy and Wellness
The biggest fight is in your head. Strength is not just physical; it's about staying calm, being aware, and controlling your ego. In addition to physical training, we focus on the mind through yoga, pranayama, and discussions on the psychology of improvement.
The Lighter Side: Fun & Humor
Training should be serious, but you have to enjoy the process. We don't take ourselves too seriously all the time. Here's a look at the fun and humorous side of our academy.
