I teach them to be strong enough to never have to fight, but skilled enough to defend themselves if they must.

I focus on building strength that serves you outside the gym. We use unconventional tools like tires and battle ropes, alongside bodyweight exercises like animal walks and calisthenics, to develop your stability, mobility, and raw power. This is about making your body more capable for the demands of everyday life.
Striking Skills: Boxing & Muay Thai
Learn the art of striking with your hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Our classes cover the fundamentals of boxing and Muay Thai, focusing on proper technique, footwork, and defensive skills through pad work, heavy bag drills, and controlled sparring. This is for anyone looking to learn self-defense, get in great shape, or compete.
Ground Work: Wrestling, Judo & Jiu-Jitsu
I teach the art of control on the ground, blending techniques from wrestling, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). You will learn takedowns, positional control, and submissions in a safe, structured environment, whether you train in the Gi or No-Gi. This is the science of using leverage and technique to control a bigger, stronger opponent.
Mind-Body Balance: Yoga & Meditation
True strength is a balance of a strong body and a calm mind. I integrate Yogasanas, Pranayama (breathwork), and meditation into every session to improve your mobility, boost immunity, and enhance mental focus. This is how we train your body, mind, and spirit together.

I believe that if you enjoy your workout, you will stick with it. We incorporate high-energy games like tug-of-war, Kabaddi, and relay races into our training to build athletic conditioning and team spirit. This is where hard work feels like play.
