The Story of Chicken Sanju Baba

This dish is more than just a recipe, it's a relationship. Gifted to us by Sanjay Dutt himself, it has become our most famous curry. Here's a look at the story and the man behind our signature 'Chicken Sanju Baba'.

Our Legendary Dishes

These are the dishes that have built our name for over 100 years. From the Nalli Nihari that my great-grandfather started with to the kebabs made with 32 secret spices, this is the taste of our tradition. We focus on slow-cooking and authentic flavors, not shortcuts.

Biryanis and Pulaos

Our rice dishes are made the traditional way. The Chicken White Biryani is subtle and aromatic, not like the spicy biryanis you find everywhere. Our Yakhni Pulao is slow-cooked with spices in a potli, just like my grandfather used to make.

A Taste of Our Legacy (Since 1923)

We are not a new hotel. We have been serving Mumbai from Bhendi Bazaar since 1923. This is a collection of our history, the awards we've received for our taste and value, and the family that has kept the flame burning for four generations.

From Aam Aadmi to Film Stars

Our doors are open for everyone. Whether you are a common man or a Bollywood star, you will find the same authentic taste and warm welcome. Here are some of the friends and patrons who have graced our tables.
