My Style & Story: From IT to Image Coaching
Style is not just fashion—it is image psychology. I am Nisha, and this is the story of how I stopped blending in to start standing out. Here is the 'why' behind my work and how I help you own your presence.
This is my full circle story. I started my career in IT in the same office where, years later, I was invited back as an image coach to train their professionals. I went from being the "fashionable girl" who was overlooked for promotions to the expert they hired to teach presence.
A glimpse from an incredible evening styling at the @shopflxy store. I love helping customers discover outfits that reflect their best selves and walk out with a renewed sense of confidence.
I recently delivered styling sessions in Raipur and Bilaspur to a powerful community of working women and entrepreneurs. It was amazing to see women from all walks of life commit to owning their space and elevating their presence.
Stop carrying your entire dressing table for an office party. This video shows you how to master the day-to-night transition with one intentional outfit and a few smart accessory swaps. Style smarter, not harder.
Let's decode my look for a styling event. I break down my blue co-ord set, explaining my choice of a neutral top, a statement neckpiece, and kitten heels. This is how I use color theory and proportion to create a balanced, stylish look.
Here are three of my recent looks for different occasions: a pop-up event, a salon visit, and a doctor's visit. This shows how versatile your wardrobe can be when you stop labeling clothes and start styling them.
Another example of styling, not labeling. This look, featuring a grey vest and bold red trousers, shows how you can mix formal and trendy pieces to create a unique and powerful outfit for any occasion.
Neutrals are safe, but sometimes you need to feel bold. I show you how I style these red trousers, one of the most worn pieces in my collection, for everything from office parties to family dinners. It's all about smart, intentional styling.
In this video, I demonstrate how to build a workwear capsule wardrobe. Using just eight versatile pieces, including three bottoms and four tops, I show you how to create numerous stylish and professional looks.
What's your personal style? It's not about chasing trends. This mirror selfie in a printed top and tailored trousers is an example of my own classic-yet-modern style.
About My Style & Story
Everyone told me during my 15-year IT career that talent is all that matters. They were wrong. I was the 'fashionable girl' who consistently got overlooked for promotions because my presence didn't command the room before I spoke. I had to unlearn every 'fashion' rule I thought I knew to finally get that seat at the table. That is exactly what I teach my clients: how to turn your look into a power tool that communicates your ambition, not just your clothes. If you are feeling invisible at work, we need to fix your image strategy, not your wardrobe.
It's Not Fashion, It's Strategy
I don't chase trends. I deal with image psychology. In the professional world, people decide who you are in three seconds. If your outfit is sending mixed signals, your hard work will always be a secondary thought. My transition from IT to an image coach wasn't about a career change; it was a realization that appearance is the silent language of leadership.
Why My Approach is Different
I avoid generic advice. You won't find fruit metaphors for body shapes here—just structural analysis for Indian bodies. My coaching focuses on:
- The Power Gap: Identifying why you are being overlooked and bridging the gap between your talent and your visual impact.
- The 3-Second Rule: Ensuring your first impression aligns with the professional authority you actually hold.
- Intentional Dressing: Why you should stop labeling clothes as 'casual' or 'formal' and start styling them to serve your specific goals.
Real Results, Real People
I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals across Pune, Mumbai, and beyond. Whether we are doing a closet cleanup, a color psychology audit, or building a high-authority capsule wardrobe, my goal is simple: to make sure that when you walk into a room, you don't just fit in—you lead.
My programs are designed to be practical. We do the audit, we fix the fit, and we support the implementation for weeks afterward. Because changing your look is the first step, but owning it is the transformation.
