Zumba & International Grooves

As a certified Zumba instructor, I bring you authentic routines packed with Latin and international rhythms. We also explore other global beats like Brazilian Funk and Reggaeton for a fun, world-tour workout.

Folk & Regional Dance Fitness

We celebrate the rich diversity of India with folk-inspired fitness classes. Experience the energy of Haryanvi, the grace of South Indian styles, and the fun of Bhojpuri and Marathi dance workouts.

Specialty & Prop Workouts

We love to switch things up with unique workouts that add an extra layer of fun and challenge. This includes low-impact, high-burn trampoline sessions, step aerobics, and routines using colorful props.

Belly Dance Fitness

Focus on core strength, fluidity, and control with our belly dance fitness sessions. These classes are designed to be a fun, expressive workout, sometimes with a Reggaeton fusion twist.
