This is the first look into our world of hard work, discipline, and victory. This collection shows the energy of our training, the spirit of our athletes, and the results we achieve together. It’s a glimpse of what it means to train with us, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner.
Track Training & Speed Development
The track is where we forge speed and discipline. I focus on structured interval training, including 400m and 200m repeats, and technical drills using starting blocks to improve explosive power. I personally time each athlete to track their progress and provide real-time feedback to refine their running form.
Strength, Agility, and Conditioning
Speed is built on a foundation of power. My training philosophy includes comprehensive strength and conditioning using a variety of methods. We utilize stadium stairs for explosive drills, medicine balls and sleds for power, and barefoot sand pit runs to strengthen feet and improve form.
Marathon & Road Running Group
I train everyone from first-time marathoners to seasoned warriors aiming to break their personal bests. We take our training to the streets of Delhi and the paths of Lodhi Garden, building endurance and mental toughness for long-distance running. Our group runs, including free sessions on Tuesdays and Saturdays, create a supportive community on the move.
Race Day: Our Athletes' Achievements
The ultimate test of our 'dharm' is on race day, and my athletes consistently deliver. This gallery is a celebration of their victories, from local 10k runs to major city marathons. We showcase podium finishes, personal bests, and the proud moments of receiving medals and prize money, proving that hard work pays off.
Young Cheetahs: Youth Athletics Program
I believe in building a strong foundation from a young age. My youth athletics program is designed for school kids and young aspiring athletes. I focus on teaching them the fundamentals of running, agility, and discipline in a supportive and motivating environment, turning them into young 'cheetahs'.
Our Community: More Than a Team
I call my athletes 'sher' and 'cheete' because we are a family that runs together and supports one another. Our community extends beyond the track, from celebrating National Sports Day to organizing gear for needy athletes. We are united by a passion for running and a commitment to helping each other succeed.
Meet the Coach
This is a little more about me, Narendra, and my life beyond the track. From speaking on the radio to participating in community events, my mission is to spread the message of fitness, discipline, and patriotism. I believe that coaching is my 'dharm', and I am dedicated to helping every athlete find their strength.
