Motherhood is a sacred journey, and I am here to support you through it. My specialized prenatal classes focus on gentle flows, garbhasanskar, and breathwork to prepare your body for labour. Post-delivery, my postnatal routines help you safely reconnect with your body, rebuild core strength, and find balance as a new mom.

Yoga Dance: Festive & Fun Routines

Who says yoga has to be serious? At my studio, we love to have 'mat pe masti' (fun on the mat) with our yoga dance sessions. We blend asanas with rhythm to celebrate festivals like Navratri, Holi, and Diwali, or just to let loose with some Bollywood beats. It’s about moving with joy, releasing stress, and celebrating together as a community of strong women.

Yoga for All: Gentle & Chair-Based Practice

I truly believe that yoga is for every body, at every age. My gentle and chair-based yoga classes are designed to be super accessible, whether you have mobility issues, are recovering from an injury, or are a senior looking to stay active. We focus on simple, effective movements that improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and calm the nervous system.

Creative Flow: Practice with Props

We love getting creative and using props to deepen our practice and keep things interesting. In my classes, we explore everything from yoga wheels and Pilates rings to sticks and hula hoops. Props help improve alignment, build strength, and allow you to access poses in a new way, making your practice both safer and more challenging.

Mindful Moments: Meditation & Mudras

Yoga is more than just physical postures; it's a journey inward. In my classes, we dedicate time to mindful practices like meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mudras (hand gestures). These techniques help calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, and connect you to a deeper sense of inner peace and clarity.
