This is the core of our strength program, designed to build real, usable power, not just gym muscles. We combine modern heavy lifting techniques like deadlifts and squats with traditional Indian strength tools like the Gada and Mudgar for a complete conditioning experience.

Future Champions: Youth Program

We are passionate about building the next generation of athletes. Our youth program is designed to instill discipline, focus, and confidence in kids through the art of boxing. We provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for them to learn, grow, and become champions in life.

Outdoor & Agility Training

We break the monotony of the gym by taking our training outdoors. These sessions focus on agility, speed, and raw conditioning using the natural environment. From beach workouts to partner drills in the park, we make you functionally fit and ready for any challenge.
