We design large-scale corporate campuses and commercial buildings that are not just workplaces, but ecosystems of productivity and sustainability. Our approach focuses on creating energy-efficient, climate-responsive environments that foster community and reflect a global perspective while being rooted in local context. We integrate passive design strategies like self-shading facades and natural ventilation to create high-performance buildings like the Surat Diamond Bourse, the world's largest office, which consumes 50% less energy than a typical green building.
Architecture for Learning & Well-being
We believe architecture can be a powerful tool for education and well-being. Our designs for schools and institutions move away from enclosed typologies to create open, porous campuses that are integrated with nature. We use passive design strategies like 'jaalis' and courtyards to ensure natural light and ventilation, creating calm, walkable environments that reduce stress and support mental well-being for students and faculty alike.
