Getting hurt is part of sports, but it doesn't have to be the end. My approach focuses on a structured, step-by-step recovery plan, whether you're dealing with a ligament tear, a sprain, or are recovering from surgery. We work on rebuilding strength from the ground up.

My Active Recovery Clinic is a place for both athletes and non-athletes to find relief from pain and improve mobility. We offer thorough assessments and personalized physiotherapy plans for everything from sports injuries to chronic back and joint pain.
