Join our crew for a high-energy workout that feels more like a party than a gym session. I lead you through fun routines combining Zumba, Aerobics, and Bollywood beats to help you burn calories, improve stamina, and have a great time. We have several batches, including ladies-only options.

Bhangra & High-Intensity Cardio

Get ready for a serious cardio challenge with my Bhangra fitness workouts. These sessions are all about high-energy Punjabi music and powerful movements that build stamina and strength. I also incorporate Tabata and other high-intensity interval training methods.

Core Strength & Flexibility

A complete workout includes more than just cardio. My sessions incorporate dedicated time for core strengthening exercises like planks, along with essential stretching and cool-down routines to improve flexibility and prevent injury.

Our Studio & Community

Welcome to Millennium Dance & Fitness Studio, our home base in Greater Noida. It's a space designed for energy and fun, where we build a supportive community. I also offer free classes for the children of Indian Army soldiers as my way of giving back.
