Shuruat simple thi - bas chaha ki koi bhi ghar se door ho ya busy ho, usko mil jaaye woh khana jo maa banaati hai - soft roti, balanced masale, aur woh ghar ka swaad. Pooja ji kitchen sambhalti hain, main sab kuch time pe pahuchaata hoon. Khush customers ka message milta hai toh din ban jaata hai.
