My Story

Namaste, main Manoj Chauhan. Delhi ke liye Ranji Trophy khela, 2010 se 2014. Debut ki cap abhi bhi mere paas hai - bahut kuch yaad dilati hai. Cricket mere liye bas game nahi, dil se laga hua hai. Ab BCCI Level-1 coach hoon, aur jo maine pitch par seekha, wohi aage batata hoon. Mera mantra simple hai: mehnat karo, imaandaar raho, kaabil bano. Students ko grow hota dekh ke real khushi milti hai - chahe wo yahan ho ya USA se online seekh raha ho.

Spin Bowling Biomechanics - Drills se basics strong karte hain - body alignment, seam, head position pe focus.

Batting Power Drills - Short drills se shots mein power aur technique dono improve hoti hai. Practical setup, quick results.

Mindset Training - Khul ke khelna sikhaata hoon. Positive socho, front foot pe weight rakho, run banane ki soch lao.
