This is where we build fight endurance and explosive power. My training covers fundamental and advanced techniques in kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai, focusing on heavy bag drills, combination work, and one on one pad sessions to sharpen your reflexes.

Strength & Conditioning for Combat

Real strength is built over years, not months. We focus on functional power that translates directly to the mat or the ring, using a mix of weight training, explosive sled pushes, and rope climbs for grappling grip.

Grappling, Agility & Calisthenics

Fighting isn't just about power; it's about control. Here, we drill techniques for Judo, BJJ, and wrestling, while building superior bodyweight strength, balance, and agility through exercises like handstands and fundamental movement drills.
